Scott Rideout to Lead Generosity Summits

By Dick Loizeaux

Generosity Summits are designed for pastors to bring their elders, deacons, finance or missions team members. One pastor who attended said the Generosity Summit transformed his finance team “from being counters of money to becoming cultivators of generosity throughout the church.”

We are excited to announce that Scott Ridout will be coming to our region on three different occasions. Scott Ridout is a turnaround pastor who led a church of 200 to become one of the fastest growing churches in the country. Scott is a sought after speaker on generosity and leadership. Don’t miss this opportunity to expose your leadership team to this exceptional leader.

The Generous Church Summit is training that helps leaders create a culture of generous giving in their churches. The first half of the summit creates a thirst for leaders and churches to become generous. The second half looks more like a strategic planning session in which the participants take the principles they have learned and apply them to their churches. The entire summit is filled with round table interaction so that your team goes home on the same page.

This is a team event! Our desire is for you to bring a team of eight people that includes a good mix of staff and lay people. They should be like-minded and have a heart for seeing generosity of time, talent and treasure become core values at your church.

The Cost: $299.00 per church (up to 8 people). As an investment in our Converge MidAmerica Member Churches this event is FREE if you sign up before the appropriate due date!

For Non-Converge Churches the cost is $299.00 for a team of eight people or less.
