King David prayed that he "... would bear fruit in old age." This is a great prayer for our established churches. Oftewn we see churches peak in their fruitfulness after 40+ years. However here are a few blessed exceptions in Michigan.

New Pastor Welcomed
Grace Memorial Baptist Church of Muskegon, MI has unanimously called Jeff Helbert of Grand Rapids as their new senior pastor. A unique aspect of this call (which took place early in January) is that Pastor Jeff filled the pulpit for a full month before the vote. He preached on “7 Biblical Ways to Relate to a Pastor” at his installation service. Previously Jeff served as the pastor of City View Church in Grand Rapids.
